Job Quotation Calculator

1How it is calculated

  1. Calculator A (Materials): for example €1,240.
  2. Calculator B (Labor): a fixed amount, for example €2,850.
  3. Calculator C (Travel & transport): for example €75.
  4. Calculator D (Direct costs): A + B + C = €4,165.
  5. Calculator E (Profit margin): for example 10%.
  6. Calculator F (Margin amount): D × E% = €416.50.
  7. Calculator G (Subtotal excl. VAT): D + F = €4,581.50.
  8. Calculator H (VAT rate): for example 21%.
  9. Calculator I (VAT amount): G × H% = €962.12.
  10. Calculator J (Total quote incl. VAT): G + I = €5,543.62.
